I’m Diane a busy mom and business owner. I am passionate about fitness and empowering people to become stronger, more fit and most of all more confident. Working out is my happy place. I graduated with my degree in Exercise and Health Science. I went on to work for various health clubs, teaching group fitness and bootcamps, which is where my passion for teaching fitness began. I then went on to receive my 200 hour yoga certifications one in Vinyasa flow and the other in Ashtanga yoga. I am also Birthfit certified and specialize in working with pregnant women pre and post partum. Overall I truly love fitness and what it brings to my life as a woman, wife and mother. Being healthy and strong empowers me, makes me feel capable and most of all brings me Joy.
The goal of my 8 week week fitness program is to make you stronger, more toned and fit as well as give you the confidence and empowerment you deserve. This program is designed for everyone! I have included modifications for those new to fitness as well as tips to make each workout more effective, so you get the most out of each workout! The program is designed for at home workouts utilizing minimal equipment and space, but can be used in any gym. The format is for 5 workouts a week with one day of mobility work. 2-3 days of high intensity and 2-3 days of lower impact strength based workouts. Each workout is labeled as either high intensity or lower impact strength based. Each workout lists the exact equipment you need for that day so you can plan ahead and be most effective!
